On June 24, 2010 the 13^th Annual General Meeting of STS Holding Limited, the owning company of Apollo Hospitals Dhaka was held at the Board Room of the hospital. Managing Director Mr. Khondoker Monir Uddin Ahmed presided over the meeting. He informed the Board of Directors that in 2009 the company has achieved a gross profit of taka 843 million along with a net profit of taka 47million. Directors of STS Mr. Mohammad A Moyeen, Mr. Tipu Munshi, Mr. Mahabubul Anam and CEO of Apollo Hospitals Dhaka Mr. Michael Potter were present among others.
